Recommend me a vet to cover Jn 24 M1 area please!

As title really, after a new vet and have moved to just off Jn 24 of M1 (Nottingham area)....

Have been using the big vets in Derby that everyone in this area will know about, but they are just getting ridiculously expensive...

Any replies would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I'm in Nottingham and I have always been with McPhersons in Ravenshead. They are all brill vets, always on hand for advice and will tell you things straight! I've never had a problem with the bills either :D Tel. No is 01623 798050. I dont know many other vets in the Nottm area who have as good a reputation as they do ;)
 
I'm with Chine House but use Lizzie Allen for routine bits like jabs etc.

Others on my yard are with Scarsdales and Home Farm Vets.

McPhersons are in Rainworth not Ravenshead.???;)

Thanks for all the replies - I already have Lizzie Allen's number for routine jobs like vaccinations....just need to register with someone for emergencies etc.

MickyMoo - is Bill Bowler on his own or part of a practice?

Will ring the others to check they cover my area.

Hi, Its Bills practice as I understand, there are other vets there. I used to ask for Bill and did get him. Just changed to a nearer vet eventually as I was on the outskirts of his area so more call out charge.
