Recommend me some exercise bandages!

So, since clipping my boy's legs out his exercise boots have started to rub and I've decided to make the move to bandages.

Firstly, what are your thoughts on the Shires Maxi-Flow bandages? I can't make out what sort of material they are from pictures so I'm a bit unsure.

Other than Shires, what does anyone recommend? Nothing too fancy please.... he's an old man and I'm a poor student ;)
 
Equilibrium Stretch & Flex bandages are my personal favourites, they have an integral padded liner so you don't need to fiddle about with padding underneath. They are quite expensive though, if you need 4.

I also have some John Whitaker training bandages they are also very good. They have heavy duty fleece followed by an elastic outer, so no additional padding is required. The come in a set of 4 and are very reasonably priced.
