hi, can anyone recommend a good supplement to go alongside chaff, micronised linseed and fast fibre.

for 2 good doers, one shod and one barefoot. was thinking pink powder?

thanks :-)

"Think pink" from brinicombe equine has more vits and mins and pre and pro biotics than pink powder and is cheaper.
also seaweed has over 50 health benefits when fed as a supplement

Equimins advance complete. A lot aren't worth bothering with as the levels are so low and full off by products. 365 complete is a good one. Wouldn't bother with pink powder, go and look at the ingrediants

Another one for feedmark Benevit, but only buy when on offer or at a big show otherwise it can be expensive. When on offer it is good value for money.

If you do a search on here for Think Pink by Briniscombe someone on here has done a break down on the ingredients and Pink Powder comes out far better. It has far more ingredients and higher levels. It is more expensive but goes further.

Pink powder is just lots of fillers with a few active ingredients that you can buy more cheaply on their own (http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=498898).

I use ProBalance - has the minerals needed, none of the minerals not needed and no fillers http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PRO-BALAN...ment&hash=item3f1792cbf7&_uhb=1#ht_1227wt_659

and add YeaSacc for the one with the delicate tummy... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YEA-SACC-...ment&hash=item3f182e5502&_uhb=1#ht_1105wt_659

and a tablespoon of table salt.

At that point, you've got the active ingredients of pink powder, plus a whole range of minerals as well.
