Recommend some boots for me

It's my birthday tomorrow and my lovely in laws have given me cash to buy something. I really fancy some new boots to ride in and wear round the yard etc. I don't know what they are called but the brown ones that everyone seems to have. I have quite skinny lower legs so don't want anything too wide and I have no idea where to start!! Can some of you lovely people point me in the right direction please.

I have left over beef Wellington on offer and tea :)
 
Love my grasmeres :) This is my second pair, I replaced the old ones with some toggi canyons (I think) and they didn't even last a year :( So my lovely hubby got me some for Xmas :)
 
I have some shires 'Cheltenham Long Leather Boots' their £159.99 lovely colour with a nice stitching type thing round the toe and calf use mine for both riding and around the yard really comfy! :D
 
I have some really cosy £30 ones of amazon! Great so far, not sure what their like to ride in tho. They are HKM Kodiak's I think:)
 
By contrast, I have the Ariat Windermere's and have found them to be excellent. Comfy, warm, waterproof etc. I was really dissapointed however by the short lifespan of my Dubbary's .. particularly at that price! :-/ But accept that I may have just had a "dud" pair (according to Dubbary anyway)

I don't think you can go far wrong with Ariat's to be honest, in terms of comfort and functionality, as well as durability. I also have skinny calves and had to go for Ariat's initially as many of the cheaper alternatives that I prefered were huge around my legs.

Equestrian Clearance have the Windermere's on sale at like £79 at the moment too which might help! ;)
