Wanted Recommendations for a trainer/ rider/ re-backing service near Tavistock?

Please can any one recommend trainers/ riders/ re-backing services, ideally two people in the South West Devon/ East Cornwall area?

Absolute essential must have soft hands and qualified. Ideally needs to come with a colleague as its for two horses together.
