Recommendations for clipper servicing and blade sharpening please

As I have now finished clipping for the winter (yipee!), my clippers really could do with servicing. I'm finding it difficult to find anywhere on the internet because I'm not sure whether the people that advertise are reputable and would do a good job.

Can anyone recommend someone? I have two sets of clippers (Lister Laser and a smaller pair) and four sets of blades (three large and one small) to do. I don't mind having to post them away, but if there is anyone in the Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, West Midlands, Gloucestershire or Worcestershire area I would be able to drop them off which would be great.

I post to Clippersharp. Your local Agricultural Merchant will probably be able to send them off for you though if you prefer.

I send my blades to Alan Talbot Clippers (google them), always v quick.

Clippers will be serviced locally, and as I'm in Berks that won't be of much help to you!

I sent mine off to the place in the link below. Good value, and they would have been fast, had my blades not been posted to the wrong house

While they were sorting it out, the company offered to send me some more blades to use while they got mine back. They were really helpful - easy to get hold of, too

I also use him and have done for years, very very fast, i think he services them too and will be sending him mine at the end of the year.
