Recommendations for dog elbow cream

My girl has rather a large callus on her elbow which she keeps taking the top off, as a large breed dog she always has them and she has full on crazy spells of flinging herself around the floor daily which takes the top off. The vet has seen them when she's been there for other things and they aren't anything to worry about but I'm thinking some elbow butter might keep them softer so she doesn't keep taking the top off them, can anyone recommend a good one please.

I have the same problem with a very old and very large dog. I use manuka honey on his elbows and put pads on them. I use melolin and tensoplast to pad them and it’s made a huge difference.

One of mine gets these on his hocks (steroid-induced thinning hair and skin) and I use Douxo Calm serum routinely, plus a blob of Baktolan from time to time if it needs extra help. Baktolan is also great for sore/cracked hands!
