My previous EDT has moved out of the area and, although he can come back to me, it will be several months before he can do so.

So, I've been looking at other EDT's in my area, and I see that Dorian Harwood is quite close. I would like some personal recommendations for Dorian, please, before I make the call - and if anyone can give me a rough idea of what the charges are, then that would be a great help too.

PM me if preferred. Thanks.

Hello, I've heard of Dorian, I think a few people at my yard use them. I personally use Grant Chanters lot, I've found them to be really helpful, really patient and really friendly. I've got a youngster so I wanted to ensure his first experiences with a dentist were favourable, and I have to say he's been amazing.

If you can recommend me a new livery yard in Bucks that would be great! lol

Thanks for that, it looks lovely but it's a bit out of the way for me. I'm in High Wycombe and work full time (in Oxford!) so I'd struggle to do that journey twice a day!

David Saw was also recommended to me, I went with Grant's lot but have numbers for both David Saw and Grant Chanter, so PM me if you want either!

This is very reassuring! I have Kay from Grant Chanters lot coming out on 13th June...

I think the fact that you have to wait a while for an appointment says a fair bit about their popularity...

Yep I've had Kaye out twice now, she's great! She came to check my 2.5 year old when we were worried he had a tooth issue, so used the opportunity to put the gag on him and introduce a light float. Now at just over 3 he had his first proper check up earlier this week, Kaye takes her time and is very calm. My horse had his wolf teeth out just before christmas so I wasn't sure how he'd react! He was really good, he got a little bolshy a couple of times, but Kaye changed tact slightly and he calmed down straight away! She gave him plenty of breaks so it didn't get to much and kept it all very chilled and nice!
