I use Ross Phillips. He's brilliant, always on time too! 
He's based in Telford and covers the whole of Shropshire.

Clive James- one of the best farriers I've ever met and one of the few who are happy to let you keep your horse's barefoot!
He's a lovely guy although charges about 15% more than others in the area. He was reccommended to me by JanetGeorge from here about 2 years ago. Sadly I have moved away but current farrier now has an easier job as ponies feet much better since being done by clive.

You've renamed him!
His name is ANDREW James - and he is very good indeed. Not sure if he goes as far as Bridgnorth - but may well do!

Andrew James does cover Bridgnorth. I had my horses at Eardington, less than a mile out of town and there was no question about him coming out to them. You can find his number on the Farriery Association website or PM me for it

My boys are unshod but they all have Andrew or one of his team to trim them. They are an excellent team and handle the horses brilliantly. They also regularly compete (and get placed highly) in farrier competitions. In fact Andrew was a tad miffed to have been beaten by his apprentice recently at the East of England show!!! lol
