Recommendations for flexible Long boots please!

I went out to compete for the first time in 2 years today and all was great except that I 'm finding that my long leather boots make it near impossible to get my leg on properly as they have very little give. I love them for XC and hunting but useless for flatwork.
So has anyone got any suggestions on leather boots that are smart but also flexible enough to get your leg on!?

I had the same problem with traditional long boots. Love my Ariat Bromonts though, I wear them for everything including BE and BD

Another vote for Ariat Bromonts, the leather is really soft and flexible and very smart looking.

Yep ariat bromonts have the insulated ones, hunt and evrything in mine, were by first proper long boots, as don't like ones were leather is too hard, and prefer zips as once wore some wit out and ankle swelled up took ages to get them off, so scared of no zips now, lol!

I was lucky and got mine in a local tack shop for £120, they'd been priced up wrong!

Keep looking out on ebay, 2nd hand pop up occasionally.

Equitector do lovely soft long boots with zips, reasonably priced too.
