Recommendations for residential riding courses/holidays?

Hi,

I am looking for a residential riding course in the uk suitable for novices. Has anyone got any recommendations or experiences of any?

I have been looking at trail holidays as well in Wales but am unsure how fit I would need to be to spend 5-6 hours in the saddle every day. I currently ride about 4-5 times a week and for about an hour max. If anyone has done a trail holiday, how did you prepare?
