There are such a lot on the shelves. Any recommendations for a pony who is fine most of the time but occasionally gets a bit of a cough
Thank you

Had good results with Global Herbs Zephyr and ?think Airways.
Did find he coughed more initially on Zephyr but took that as his lung opening up a bit ,was only day or so.

Another vote for Global Herbs Airways (although my mare was on Airways Plus). She had a terrible first winter with us and the vet had to be out to her 3 times for asthma attack type situations. She went onto Ventipulmin for that winter so the next winter I looked to get her onto something befor ethe problem started. Airways Plus did the job perfectly and we never had any problems other than the odd cough during exercise after that.

She's now on haylage and is much better. Now I just add some garlic to her feed.

Airways plus seems to be helping my boy too. Though it is a very stinky product indeed and I did change him onto a more tasty feed to get him to eat it. He was just on good doer chaff before but now moved him on to ride and relax which is tastier!

Just wanted to add it might take a few weeks to work so don't give up if you dont see an instant result.

Global Herbs Airways has got one of my livery horses off of long-term ventipulmin & ventolin/becotide inhalers due to an allergy to grass!. Tried loads of other supplements but this was tha only one that made a difference.

Vital Equine - Air force is fantastic and smells really good. My horse really likes it, you can siringe it into their mouth like a wormer or add it to feed. It's just like a cough syrup really but for horses. For 500ml it's £20 and free delivery!!!
