Recommendations for somebody to brake a pony to drive in the North West

Can anybody recommend somebody who can take a 12:2 childs pony to brake to drive. Just hope to get this lovely little pony driving safely for leisurely road work. No plans for anything more challenging than a potter around the village. He's pretty safe and sane, not much phases him. An idea of the potential cost would be great too.

Stephen Gee near Leek/Ashbourne has carriage horses and breaks to ride. I'm not sure if he also breaks to drive for a fee, I know he does his own.
