On the hunt for some good quality stirrups leathers that are soft, not too likely to mark the saddle and won't stretch.

Have been looking at the Passier bonded ones which look good but wondered if anyone could recommend any others?

Thanks :)

Amerigo calf leather, gorgeous and soft, they don't stretch and they don't mark the saddle. I have a black pair that I am going to be selling as my new saddle will be brown. But I will most definitely be getting the same pair in brown. This is my second pair, as I still have another pair that are a good 20 years old, but a little long for my newer saddles but still butter soft and excellent condition. Well worth the money if you can afford them.

I bought the Passier stirrup leathers (with nylon inserts) about a year ago when I purchased a new saddle and was paranoid about it marking - they are lovely, so, so soft and have not made any marks at all! Haven't stretched either, would really recommend them & would buy another pair without hesitating if I ever needed to x
