Recommendations...please

Not sure if i can post here but tried other forum and not much response!

Recommendations for feed balancer? what do you use? i have been recommend D&H Ultimate Feed Balancer but before i go out and but some just wanted other peoples opinions

What are you feeding and amounts and why are you looking into a balancer?

Will try and be brief currently he is a little over weight so 1/2 stubbs scoop spillars happy hoof in the morning, 3/4 scoop in the afternoon with joint supplement, the forage he has is poor 12lbs a night and out 10 hours during day on grass( not rich), he has slightly above normal reading for cushings but not high enough to be treated.
He must loose weight due to discovery of an old fracture in hind leg which has screw in so i dont want him putting undue weight on the joint.

Feel he isnt getting his quota of vits and minerals and his coat is starting to look dull and slight loss of muscle tone

Ok, for once a sensible diet for needing supplementing!

Personally I would go for pro balance from ebay as a good all round supplement.

You can add micronized linseed as well as that will help with coat although just a mug a day if you don't want weight gain.
