Said i would ask for a friend not on here.
Her 8 year old gelding has had a huge loss of confidence in general life but mainly hacking nothing anyone has done. He has had a very stressful year which is too much to go into.
Most things have gotten so much better and calmer however the main issue still there is a huge loss of confidence hacking.
He will long rein and walk out in hand no problem. It doenst matter if he is in company or on his own. His adrenaline just gets higher and he feels like he is going to boil over. She gets off and leads him for a bit and then gets back on when he is more settled which he is happy to let her do.
He has come to the feeling that her own emotions are now going to interupt any progress out hacking and he needs someone with no emotional connection to him whats to ever.
She is happy for him to spend time away or for someone to come here and work him.

She is going to contact Sophie Seymore and Jason Web for prices and avalibility. Cost is an issue however it can be saved up for and just tick along doing what we are doing.
Vet will be having look over him as well just to make sure. Has had grade one ulcers treated and eyes are fine. Saddle checked every six months ish. Trimmer happy with hooves.
Feed has been looked at and is fine. He is a good doer so on a small amount of chaff to carry supplements. Is on hayledge as refuses to eat the hay so its so its his only option.
Can anyone recommend someone to send to or to come to her?
