Recovering from Kissing spines operation - Interspinous Ligament disection

I’m new to this forum so apologies if this have been posted before.

Has anyone had experience of the 'new' kissing spines operation the Interspinous Ligament dissection?

I’m particularly interested in post op recovery and what additional (to the surgeons recommendations) exercises etc that people can do.
