Red 1st day out!

The difference between a pure draft and those sissy WB crosses of mine! That is a well-built boy... :cool:

Still gorgeous I'm afraid - going grey or not... I didn't want to say anything but I thought I could see very slight rings around his eyes on those first pics :o

Might have to re-name him :D
 
I was trying not to see them but he seems to get more grey hairs by the hour!

As for the name it was more about being a RED bag birth the colour was just a bonus :p

Just spoken to Rita and she isn't missing a horse, but maybe we should swap as Archie is more my size and Red is more Rita's size (not that I'm saying Rita is a midget or anything ;))

That being said, Max got called a few of those (very dirty words) tonight when he ran rings around me and refused to get caught... Someone is not going to be a colt for much longer :mad:

What a handsome boy he is, it would have been nice if he had stayed liver chestnut, but he will still be a stunning grey.

I can just see him now strutting his stuff in the competition arena just like his dad.

He is already strutting!! Around the stables, the paddock anywhere he can really, bit too bold for his own good this one, naughty Red. :rolleyes:
