Has anyone had problems ordering from them? I'd read a few recommendations on here for the products, so decided to order from them.

Ordered on 8th Aug, not had any notice of dispatch, emailed them earlier today to cancel said order, but not heard from them yet.

Are they normally a bit slow? Their site does say that they aim to dispatch the same day.

I have had no problems with them,but I do know they are a small family run business. I would give them a ring and I am sure they will sort things out for you...............Their cat might have hidden your order!

I haven't ordered direct from them before, but I know several professionals who do, and they swear by them, so maybe you have just caught them at a bad time..?
