Red Nostrils?? (neurotic post sorry!)

Sorry for putting this in here but it is such a ridiculous question that I am too scared to put it in the NL and I feel that people on here will take more pity on me!


Was just ogling a recent pic of Tara:

Inside her nostril is bright red? Is this normal or should I be concerned?

About 3 months ago she did have a tiny nosebleed from one nostril but when I rang the vet he said it wasn't anything to worry about. Has not happened since.

Advice greatly appreciated - I am a little worried about it after seeing that pic xx

LOL I think that is just the blood pumping through her veins

I was hoping I was just being neurotic LOL

2 nights ago it was grass sickness keeping me up. Why I ever bought a horse again I will never know

I know it's not blood but is it normal for the membranes to be quite so bright red??


I will sleep better now so is better to ask than stress
