Red Rufus - Agrobs distributer - delivery time

Does anyone regularly use Red Rufus for feed and know how long they usually take to despatch orders?
Their site says minimum 7 days but currently sitting at two and half weeks since I placed an order (just 1 bag of feed and a bag of treats) and no idea if it will come any time soon, I have emailed for an update and got no reply.
I recall seeing a thread from earlier in the year about issues with delivery but got the idea these were resolved but think I was maybe wrong!

I'm awaiting my first ever order from them and had a notification it was to be delivered on the two week mark but I was due to be away so they have moved it to today.
I have found them to be very prompt and helpful on email and they did tell me they had been impacted by driver shortage and school holidays.
I would try emailing them again?

I waited over two weeks, when I contacted them they sorted it out and delivered the same day (I am quite local).

You can get Agrobs from efeed, their site says 5 working days

This is what stopped me using their feed. I loved it but it was hit and miss with delivery.

They've replied to my email from today and have said it is being despatched this afternoon, seems a wee nudge a couple of weeks in speeds things up. Might go with efeed next time however their delivery is pretty eyewatering at nearly £8!

Check with your local feed shop to see if they'll get it in for you

Where I work we have an enormous amount of feed available to us but only stock a fraction of that.

The part that bothered me about Red Rufus was that when they run out of stock of a feed it can take months before they get more in, not ideal for regular deliveries

I'm a bit disappointed, I was assured on Wednesday it was being despatched but doesn't appear to have actually happened!
Feed shops are pretty few and far between where I am now, so many have closed down and those left are quite a long round trip, my YO usually orders straight to the yard but her supplier doesn't have access to them.

My delivery also hasn't turned up, it shows as 'awaiting processing' on their website and I haven't been able to get an update from them. I think I may stick to what I can get from local stores in future.
