Red Rufus/ Agrobs - what is going on?

Has anyone else had issues or know what is going on? I placed an order for a bag of sportmuesli (listed as in stock) in October 2021. I've emailed, numerous times, left voicemails and most recently posted publicly on their facebook page in the hope to prompt a response - only to see that there are a few others in exactly the same boat!

They've never been the most reliable of distributers but they seem to have gone into complete & total meltdown lately. Apparently equisupermarket sell most of the range & are a lot better at fulfilling their orders. If you can manage to get them to agree to refund you would take your business elsewhere. If you paid by PayPal see if you can open a dispute or if by credit card you might be able to claim it back from credit card company? (I wonder if they're about to go under & that's why they're not responding to anyone?)

I don't know about Red Rufus but I have used equisupermarket to good result. Delivery quickly and the one item that was out of stock didn't delay my order, it turned up the day after the initial delivery (which must have cost them a fortune - bag of Agrob Weisencobs)

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experiences of Red Rufus and my advice is - AVOID AVOID AVOID! I have been trying to contact them for weeks using all channels - phone/voicemail/FB Messenger/WhatsApp/Email and NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!! I have been relying on them to provide me with Agrobs Weisenflakes for my very elderly 33 year old gelding. He was benefitting from the feed as it seemed to soothe his considerable gut issues. However, Red Rufus are so unreliable I kept running out despite placing an order 4 weeks in advance. Their website says allow 7 days - well the last order still isn't with me after 5 weeks. They misled me into believing they are on the only distributor in the UK - BUT they're not! I did some research and there are many distributors including one much closer to me, that has been able to source the Agrobs Weisenflakes within a few days.
