Reduced dose of dormosedan?

My youngster has been sedated for the dentist several times now. The dentist suggested that next time I could reduce the dose of sedative with a view to eventually not needing to sedate. Has anyone tried this with dormosedan and what was the outcome?

Yes, I reduced the dose so that a tube lasted me 4 doses I think, actually can’t remember exact amounts but I gave the full recommended dose then cut down and it worked just as well

Thanks, that's interesting. When you say it worked just as well, do you mean that the horse was equally sedated or just equally happy to have something done to it? How long did you store the syringe for once you'd started it?
