Referral timeline?

My youngster has unfortunately been diagnosed with fairly severe arthritis in his hock and, after medicating with steroids to no success, his x-rays have been sent to Rainbow for their opinion on surgical fusion.

How long before you would expect to hear back from them?

TBH, once referred, I would contact them directly. They are my normal vets, they would usually get back same day or next day for a phone conversation.
