Registering a New Horse?

just a quick post what and where do i need to register my new horse? is there anything else i need to do?

You will be given a Passport when you collect/your horse is delivered. You need to sent his to the Address of the PIO as given on the passport.

Or is this not what you are referring too?

Does the same apply if its a foreign passport?

A horse moved into the UK will have to have its change of ownership done within 30 days there are daughter societies for some E.U. studbooks in the UK. A horse is described as imported if it comes from outside the EU and needs a passport that complies with EU requirements within 30 days. Note the difference between moved and imported. The BHHS will do change of ownership for some German Socities.
