Registering horses

Hi

I have a mare who is unregistered. She is by an ID stallion called Silver Quest. Has anyone ever heard of him or know if i could get my mare registered if he is?

You need ideally to go back to her seller or breeder and ask further details, if they have a covering certificate and so on (without one of those you will not be able to register her as of known stock, she'd go down as breeding unknown) Failing that you could get into contact with the stallion owner themselves and ask for any details of the mare they might have. I take it she hasn't been microchipped or anything yet to get a passport?

If it is, according to HSI, the breeder is Patrick J O'Sullivan. I'm waiting for them to email his progeny list which I can forward on to you.
