Registering your horse BS

Hi

Am going to take the plunge and join BS. Filling out the forms and I have to put 3 options for the horse name. Does this have to match the passport? Horse is called Tobias on the passport, would his name have to be Tobias? Or would I have to change passort......

So what happens if there is already a Tobias? Is this when you get numerics after a name? Ie: Tobias II?
