I’ll be following with interest. Where’s best to order from? I wouldn’t mind having a poke around this eve

Sometimes I do feel like brushing her teeth is an exercise in futility, they're not terrible but also not great. But when I do notice is when I've been away and it hasn't been done for a bit. So we persevere 😅

Interesting as I my try this as my vets have quoted £800 for plaque removal but my groomer who is a friend of mine said Winnies teeth are really not that bad and she is going to do the procedure Scats does.

So I will update when she has had it done hopefully get some good pictures as well, and then I will get Mavis done as well as I think doing this early makes a difference.

We have recently changed over Ivy's toothpaste from a pet shop one (Bepahar) to one we picked up at the vets (Virbac). She is less keen on the taste but it has a much 'tackier' consistency so easier to brush before it gets licked off the brush/swallowed and I don't need to use as much of it. I am definitely noticing it's doing a better job on her teeth, even after a week no brushing when we were on holiday they have come up nicely again, so worth spending a bit more.

One of my little terriers has bad teeth and I was contemplating getting the vet to do a proper clean under GA but after reading about Cortez’s dogs I thought I would give Canident a go , been using it for about 6 weeks and his teeth have improved so I’m hoping they will continue

Resurrecting the thread AGAIN because I’ve been giving Rew the Canident for about two months and having finally got around to looking at his teeth today there’s been a huge, positive difference! Actually quite astounded at how much tartar has gone, so thank you @Cortez for the recommend, I really wasn’t optimistic and am delighted to have been proved wrong.

Yes, I started using it on the back of this thread and the improvement in Daisy’s teeth was commented on by my vet 😀
