Hello there

I have recently joined H&H forum and just noticed this section, so apologies if not good etiquette to ask this question

does anyone know of any rescue centres in south yorkshire, my friend is looking for a whippet type but is venturing towards rescue.

Any ideas x

Don't know of any specific rescues in that area, Cayla is further North but may know of some. There is almost bound to be a greyhound/lurcher rescue I would have thought, they seem to be in most areas, or perhaps try a whippet breed club, they often have rescue sections.

What about a greyhound? There is a rescue that works with the stadium at Sheffield (dog track). They are always there looking for homes for the dogs (I don't know the name, its a greyhound rescue).

I'm not to far from you, our only whippet is reserved but we do have some very dinky greyhounds in and a beautiful fawn whippet x greyhound who is not to far from the size of our whippet.
