Rehoming racehorses

The racing yard where I'm based is 'having a clear out' and there are a number of racehorses that are looking for new homes & careers outside racing.

These horses are either for sale for nominal amounts, while a couple may be free to very carefully vetted experienced homes. Although they all have good temperaments they would be obviously be totally unsuitable for novices and will need reschooling.

Does anyone have any thoughts on where they could be advertised? I've already posted a couple on the exracehorse club forum.

Be careful with them, lots of people want to get their hands on a cheap horse, and they aren't suitable homes.

Whereabouts are you?

I have 2 exracers and I have a friend who is currently looking for one - she is experienced with exracers and would give one a wonderful home for life - but she has to have a mare... Would be interested in finding out what you have available if possible?
