Reiki level 1

I am going to get "attuned" to Reiki Level 1 this weekend. So excited about it and cant wait to try it out on my dad (just recovering from a huge operation to remove part of his lung after getting lung cancer) and also on both my horses (5 year old and 18 year old)

Does anyone else on here practice Reiki on their horses or humans?

How does one become attuned to be able to perform Reiki ?

Have to be taught it by a reiki "master" i think. So has to be someone who has completed their level 3 reiki

I have contacted a lady that is fairly local to me, she only practices on humans and dogs i think, but same principle and she knows my interest extends to horses too

there are several people on here who are reiki practitioners. I am level 2 and use it for both humans and animals.

It it a very interesting self developmental journey too so relax and enjoy the process

I have been attuned to reiki for about 13yrs, when I had my reiki level 2 I suffered the most amazing bout of flu and terrible sore throat. I have hardly had a cold since. Enjoy the experience.
