RelaxMe Calmer

Does anyone else use RelaxMe Calmer?

It works amazingly with my nervous, stressy horse and he is so settled and happy now its brilliant

I was wondering if anyone knows how it works and if there are any long term side effects of using it all the time.

I've never used a calmer before so any comments helpfull

I used RelaxMe for my stressy WB and it worked a treat also. I do not now use it although I would go back to it as needed.
I now routinely use magnesium oxide as a supplement just incase my horses are deficient.

I had him on Magnesium Oxide for about a year and it worked well to the point he didnt flinch when touched etc (he's a rescue horse)
But it didnt effect himunder saddle and could still be slightly dangerous occasionally

This RelaxMe stuff is almost a miracle! he is calm and happy and even went and did his first endurance event and didnt disgrace himself once and had a complete ball!
I'm so proud!!

I would like some reassurance that keeping him on it long term wont cause any strange effects. All the ingredients seems fine but i'm not experienced enough to tell

sorry I can't answer the longterm thing, but maybe give FirstHorse a call? I had great results, but my horse was stressed through pain and abuse also. I took him off it because he asked a communicator to ask me to as it made him 'muzzy headed'. That made me laugh I shall be riding him (has been turned away for 18 months) this summer so let's see how he behaves

Sounds like your boy is enjoying himself and it's all about positive reinforcement so if you eventually take him off it, the good behaviour will hopefully stay.
