Does anyone know any or can recommend one??? I'm fed up with unreliable ones or ones that do a bad job

I recently tried a new farrier ( we are based in Wiltshire) for a young pony we'd just picked up, and he did a great job. He's new to the area so very enthusiastic and was really quiet with the mare, which I appreciated. He's called Brad Greenham, lovely guy http://bradgreenhamfarrier.com/About-Brad-Greenham-Farrier

Which area of Wiltshire? I'm west of Salisbury and use Steve Griffin - does a lovely job, very reliable and handles the horses very kindly.

My vet does a lot of work with the top eventing yards round here and recommended Brad to me when we were talking about farriers, said he did a good job on a horse he saw. I'm currently happy with my farrier but if I changed this would be the first one to try on my list!

I'm near Stonehenge and use Cliff Barnes - excellent, reliable and up to date on all techniques. Ours are now unshod under his care.

Good to hear a vet recommend him! He had a very nice way about him, very calm with our little mare, she was fresh out of training and her eyes were absolutely on stalks about everything!
