Relocating to Rotherham - any livery yard recommendations??

Hello fellow HHO's, its been a while since I last posted........

Im looking at relocating with my mare to Rotherham, will consider DIY, Part Livery & Full Livery.

I will consider any yards within a 10 mile radius of Treeton, im trying not to be picky but............. I do have a small list of facilities I dont think I can manage without but I may be willing to compromise.

My must have's include:-

* School - indoor/outdoor
* Off road hacking
* use of jumps/jumping paddock
* 24/7 summer turnout
* would prefer individual turnout - no my mare is not nasty - im an over protective mommy

I have been looking at a few yards advertised on the web and have noticed that there are quite a few yards which dont have web links, some look really nice and offer what im looking for.

With me being new to the area I would like to hear some personal opinons/recommendations of yards which are good & those yards which are best to avoid.

I work in Rotherham and keep my horse junc 31 off m1 near home so your quite close ...i can give u a list of yards i know and the facilities they have and prices (that i know) if that helps or am i bit far for you?
