Relocation... areas Kent/Surrey East/West Sussex

Surrey will cost you a fortune, as will any of those areas as they're all commuter belt for London. I'm getting out of there and moving back to the Midlands so I can afford to live! A friend of mine has just bought a tiny two bed house in that area, tiny garden and no land for £350,000.....

There's also no such thing as an easy commute to Heathrow unless he's going in the middle of the night, in which case you can get away with being a fair way down the M4. If he's going at normal time he'll be on the M4 and it's a nightmare, carpark from 6am til about 8pm....
