Got Orkan's back checked today as he has been a little cold backed and headshakey in the 2 weeks I've owned him but nothing too major and has been working lovely. Turns out the poor boy is really tight in his neck, back and pelvis areas and possibly needs a deep treatment with sedation next week. Loosened up after the electro pulse machine, stretches and massage but needs a few treatments with long reining and no riding until at least late next week.

So make sure you get your horses backs checked reguarly as they may show few if any symptoms at all. I just feel so awful for riding him now when he must have been in pain

Glad we can get it all sorted now though and he will only feel better.

I like them both they are fab sad that I'm in berks and dont think I could afford to pay her to come up here..

She always did Merlin for me, he after a terrible accident out on a road..ended up with a bad neck and back apparently it was a really nasty prob for him he was sedadted a couple of treatments and then she did the usual excerices and a week off work...she did me very proud and Natalie did him when he came back from being out on loan...so I cant praise them enough for what they do..

Glad your lad is now on road to recovery...you got any piccies of him? or have i missed them somewhere?
