Arrived 10 mins after first class was due to start. It started about 1 and a half hrs late! I have never seen so many kids on ponies - Nightmare!!! Waited till the end of the class to go in and jumped a lovely steady clear, every stride spot on. 4th to go in JO another lovely clear, let her go, but did'nt bomb round - first time we have even jumped a course for a month. Double Clear.
Second class did'nt start till 9.45pm It had quietened down by then, managed a nice warm up, had a long approach to first fence, nice rhythmical canter then she backed off so i gave her a tap she dropped a back leg and we had the first pole!
But the rest of the round was very nice.
Two big points to note: Don't ever go jumping in school holls, and do not carry a whip!
