Hi

My youngster really does not like me taking bot eggs of his legs. I have tried the knife but its getting un safe and have resolved to picking them off with fingers.

Any other ideas on how to get the things off?

We don't seem to have a problem with them here but when I was young we seemed to spend the summer removing bot fly eggs from our ponies.

I found the most effective was was to pinch just above them with the fingernails of my thumb and index finger and pull down the hair pulling them off.

LOL mine smells funny aswell to, i wonder why??
I do use them alot in spring time, for getting the coat out of a unclipped sec. A, Gives them gleaming coat too!!!:)
