Sorry I can't be more help, there might be a saddlery near you that can do it for you?
Personally I don't charge for this service but they might do.
I have dealt with a few saddleries when I was up in Inverness quite a lot, Seaforth being the nearest. I have a few friends/colleagues in the trade up there dotted around, if you have any difficulties finding someone to help you get back to me, good luck, Oz

You can do it yourself with a bone handled knife or similar, plenty of water and rub round and round. I removed horrendous scratches from joddy clips on a tiny saddle this way.
