Renegade hoof boots

Have been using renegades for two years but have found that they have been splitting along the top of the base/sole at the back. Anyone else had this problem?

No can't say that I have, love mine!
Are they not just getting thin from wear?

Think they are great to, just wondering it was due something about his hoof shape, not wearing thin but lots of sticky mud
