Hi, am in central Scotland.
How much should I charge for access to 2 grazing fields, constant water, use of tack room plus one other feed room, and use of trailer please?
Also, how much do people charge for outdoor arena hire? No floodlights, but brand spanking new.

How many stables? Is it exclusive access?

Some I know charge £10 or £20an hour depending.
Use of trailer? £25-£40 per day for full day?

Around here a decent arena is about £25/hr for up to 2 horses.

Ok. So now the situation is that there is use of 2/ 3 fields, plus water. Use of 2 stables for grooming etc. Use of tack room for share and exclusive use of I other stable for food and stuff. Use of trailer, anytime. And use of new outdoor arena. Thoughts on costs?
