Hi all,
Wondered how much you all pay or charge rent per acre ?
I’m looking at renting an additional acre paddock for my 2 ponies next door and wondered what a reasonable amount would be ?
I currently have a small paddock of half an acre which has been perfect for 2 porky ponies all summer but now looking for some winter grazing (we only moved here in June)
We have a barn where we have built 2 stables, storage, access, water & pay £60 a month for this.
How much should I expect to pay for a very overgrown unused 1 acre field ?
No water (can pipe mine through)
Would have to fence & maintain where needed.
We’re based north Warwickshire midlands.
