Hi - i just want to pick your HHO brains.
A friend of mine who's not horsey has a property with stables, grazing and menage on it. When they originally moved in they had problems with original horsey folk so terminated their lease.
A couple of year down the line, they have been approached by new horsey people and my friend is keen to rent out their grounds. I've been asked to pop down and give once over from a horsey point of view, as they need to draw up rental contract.
What do you think contract should cover - Help
