Rental for small stable yard

Hello

Can anyone tell me the monthly rental you would expect to pay for a small yard (2 decent sized stables and a smaller one used for storage), approx 4 acres and a small arena.

Maintenance will be the responsibility of tenant as is muck removal and topping etc.

Depends hugely on location. There's a big difference between rural Norfolk and the built up parts of Essex.
