Rental price for house with land?

How much is the normal to pay for a property with land per month?

It will depend on the area and the amount of land and other facilities included.

The one I am looking at is 2-3 bed, with around 3 acres of grazing in Aberdeenshire

So you really need to know what thee owner expects to get as rent and whether you can/want to afford it. It's almost immaterial what other proerties cost.

They are asking £1200

I pay £2000 pcm for 4 bed just under 3 acres 3 stables in Hertfordshire, that sounds reasonable to me it's always going to be more expensive down here.

I know someone paying that for a nice, smallish detached cottage near Peebles with no land. I would say thats probably about right-Aberdeenshire is more expensive than some other areas.
