I am vice-chairman of the uni riding club, at freshers fayre we really want to stand out! last year the kayaking club kayacking in the pond thing, the rubgy club giving free beer and skiing club giving free t-shirts made competition tough!

So we want to try and rent a life size model of a horse! anyone know if its possible.

No idea if its possible, but have you tried your local tack shops? Ones local to me normally have a life size model illustrating some tack/rugs etc. Perhaps if you offer a donation to charity they may be happy for you to borrow their model - after all, if you introduce new people to riding in the area they'll get more custom.

Will love to see you transporting it though!

Don't do things by half, take a real horse :D

Or what about one of those electric / computer horse simulators, could you hire one of them?

You beat me to it:mad:

Or what about one of those bucking bronco things you can hire them and it would certainly draw the crowd to have a go which I suppose is what you want a good laugh and just say you need to be able to stay on this:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D;):p

See I did consider whether taking Pickle would be an option :p if I did have transport I'd consider it. Other option was maybe asking yard if I could borrow a shetland :p Not sure budget would stretch to bronco, also don't have the space.

What uni are you at? I like most of those sports!
Sorry off topic, my idea would just be local tack shop or shetland!
:D
