Renting paddock land?

Hi everyone!
I'm new here but have a question that I can't find an answer to and I'm hoping that someone could give me a few pointers!

I'm looking into renting a paddock in the Leicestershire area... can anyone give me an idea of the cost I should be looking at? It's a 16 acre paddock with grazing grass but no other facilities... any help would be greatly appreciated!

someone told me about £40 per month per acre. but i guess it depends on quality of grazing/fencing etc ..i'm no expert as you can tell!
 
Neighbours and I are renting 20 acres between us, we pay £100 per acre per year. The going rate for land for sheep is around £80 per acre, we offered a bit more because we really wanted the land. We had to do quite a bit of work removing junk out of the field, and although outer boundaries are good (stock fencing and hedge) we have split the land up with electric fencing.
