repainting trailer - what sort of paint?

need to get some new paint for my trailer (its an old rice one), but I am not sure what sort or where from. Any ideas? (have been told its being coach painted?)

hammerite i think is best for metal

If your doing the whole thing it would be worth getting it done professionally if you can, like a car respray. My friend tried to paint hers with hammerite and made a right mess. We are looking to have our ifor williams done and think we might be able to get it done for a couple of hundred if we buy the paint. Guy that works at the local bodyshop will do a 'homer'.

it is being properly done, just i have to get the paint for it

I did my Rice trailer with Smoothrite, it looked fab once the second coat went on.

aha. in that case it depends on his spraying thingy? best to ask the guy who's doing it.
