I currently have 4 x 14 by 14 stables. They have been up for about 13 years and the roof which I believe is Onduline (it looks like corrugated cardboard) is starting to leak. Interestingly it has about half a dozen places where it is now leaking slightly but they all have only started to appear in the last 12 months.
The stables are well built and the roof has never suffered from any sagging etc. but I feel through a number of long windy winters the roof may have 'lifted' slightly and joins are now becoming soggy and weathered.
I am wondering whether anyone has any advice on what would be best i.e. is it repairable; should we take the roof off and start again; can we put the same sort of material over the existing roof therefore having a 2nd skin; should we do something completely different?
The easiest and most cost effective solution is sought but ideally looking for something that would give a similar life span. Any recommendations welcome
