Got to laugh really.
Ended up bringing another liveries horse in last night due to illness. That's fine it's not a problem - he's in the same field as Bob so that's a bonus. Tom asks if he can take Bob to his stable (which he did, with strict instructions to let go and get out of the way if anything happens) leaving me to get R in. R does not come to the gate so I had to go and get him. We're just coming through the gate when W comes tearing up, spins and back-barrels at R, R is 1/2 way through the gate with me stood beside him holding the gate.
Luckily W missed us both but I got free a head to toe mud shower. It was dripping off me. Cue much hilarity from everyone on the yard.
W's owner was just coming back from a ride and was mortified!!!
It was quite funny though (only as W missed us - wouldn't have been funny if he got us!).
That's what you get for doing someone a favour!
